Earliest Possible Registration
The fee for camp is $1250 for a  camper, and $1200 for each additional sibling for anyone who is registered by May 15 and makes the full payment by June 1.

Later Registration
The fee for registrations received after May 15 AND for any accounts that have not been paid in full by June 1 is $1450 ($1400 for each additional sibling), with 100% of the balance paid by the first day of camp. Students without a balance of $0 will not be allowed to enter camp. Additionally, a late fee of $10 per day per child will be billed to the account until the balance is paid. 

The registration fee at the end of the application will not be deducted from the full camp fee.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: We will only accept a limited number of students this year, due to regulations related to the COVID pandemic. Upon the start of the waiting list, payees who have not made payments towards the summer camp balances listed above may be removed from the roster, unless a substantial deposit is made.

Any accounts without 100% of the balance paid by the first day of camp will accrue a late fee of $10 per day, per child.  Once the camp session begins, campers with unpaid balances may be deleted in to order they were received to accommodate waiting list account that have been paid in full. 

Extended Day Services
Staying beyond 4:00pm: The camp day ends at 4:00pm. Any camper who plans to remain at the site after 4:00pm needs to sign up for extended day (before and aftercare) at a fee of $280 for a single camper, and $230 for each additional sibling.  Aftercare fees must be paid in advance, with 50% of the total aftercare fee due at the June 1 and the remaining balance due by July 1, 2022. There is no early registration discount for the extended day services.

Arriving before 8:30am: If students are signed up to receive extended day services, they are welcome to arrive as early as 7am to eat breakfast and participate in recreational activities before the camp day begins. There is no option for before camp services ONLY. 

Extended day services must be selected at the time of registration. These services cannot be added after summer camp has started.

Chaperone Fees
Adult chaperones are not included in the fee for camp. Chaperone fees vary based on the field trip location and will be provided at least 2 weeks before each field trip.​
