The tentative dates for Summer Session 2020 are Monday, June 22 through Friday, August 7. A full calendar of events will be made available on the website at least 60 days before the start of camp.
Included in the Camp Fee: breakfast, lunch, one camp shirt, all field trips except for the Family Day Amusement Park, the daily academic camp experience
All camp fees must be paid in full by May 15. The weekly payment option during the summer session is no longer available.
NOTE: Your registration application is not complete unless you make the registration payment at the end of this application. If you do not make the registration payment, a space will not be reserved for your child.
CAMP PAYMENTS & FEES:
After registration, a monthly deposit of $50 is necessary to maintain commitment. The registration fee at the end of this application will not be deducted from the full camp fee. The required $50 monthly fee will be deducted from the full camp fee. Please call us for an update on this year's full camp fee. (443-927-8777)
For example, if you register 5 months early, you will pay $50 each month and a total of $250 will be deducted from the full fee.
The full camp fee is due on May 15. We strongly suggest increasing the monthly deposit (amount at your discretion) to ease the burden of the large lump sum as the deadline approaches.
PLEASE BE ADVISED: Upon the start of the waiting list, payees who have not made payments towards the summer camp balance will be removed from the roster, unless a substantial deposit is made to cover arrears.
Parents have the option to participate in fundraisers, including World’s Finest Chocolate, to receive discounts on the total cost of camp. Each box of candy sold will credit the camper’s account $25. There is no limit to the amount of candy a family can sell.
Examples of WF Fundraiser Discounts:
Sell 4 boxes…$100 off the full camp fee
Sell 8 boxes…$200 off the full camp fee
Sell 10 boxes…$250 off the full camp fee
Sell 20 boxes…$500 off the full camp fee
Credits from candy sales can only be added to registered accounts. Any credits from candy obtained or sold before registration will not apply. All candy funds must be submitted by May 1.
The total camp fee must be paid by May 15. Any accounts not paid in full by May 15 will accrue a late fee of $10 per day.
PLANNED ABSENCE ACCOUNTS
The summer camp fee must be paid in advance. The full rate of camp applies to campers who will attend for the entire camp session.
Parents who do not plan to have campers attend for the entire summer session will be billed $250 for each week they plan to attend. Planned attendance must be submitted at the time of registration and cannot be changed after the summer session begins.
